GREENWOOD PLAN

Greenwood Smithfield is a 40,000 square foot mixed use building located in the 200 block of Smithfield St., Downtown Pittsburgh. Acquired through the work of The Greenwood Plan, a nonprofit, Greenwood Smithfield aims to create an autonomous ecosystem where Black businesses, entrepreneurs, and organizations are able to rely on, do business with, and grow alongside their peers.

Current tenants include Cricket phone store, Traveler's Aid, Emerald City Pittsburgh coworking space, and PAIR Charcuterie. We are actively seeking new tenants to fill our vacancies. For information on leases, please contact our property manager:
